Lake Park Plaza is a welcoming and friendly community, for humans and pets alike. In fact, I and several others even met our spouses in the building.

I've been at Lake Park Plaza for five years now and genuinely love calling it home. The 24-hour door staff and maintenance crew are great. They’re always so friendly and keep everything running smoothly. The amenities are probably the best part, especially in the summer. We’ve got a great pool, outdoor grills, fire pits, and a full sport court for tennis and basketball. It’s also an incredibly pet-friendly community, which is a huge plus if you have a dog. Location-wise, you really can’t beat it. We’re steps away from public transit and just minutes from the lakefront bike trail. It makes getting some fresh air or just enjoying the lake extremely easy. While no building is perfect, the management change we had back in 2024 has been a solid step in the right direction. Communication is a lot clearer now, and it feels like there is a real effort to be more proactive with the upkeep of such a large property. It’s a solid place to live with a real community feel.
