Welcome to Lake Park Plaza LPP is a distinctive high-rise lakefront condominium residence located in the East Lakeview neighborhood at Irving Park Road and Pine Grove Avenue, one block west of Lake Shore Drive.Its location provides easy access to transportation and is a short walk to the lakefront multi-purpose path, Marovitz golf course, and Waveland Clock Tower recreational area. Our evolving website, a key responsibility of the Communications Committee, is a resource through which LPP residents can be kept more informed. It hopefully will encourage participation as well as generate a sense of community and identity. Volunteers are needed and most welcomed to assist in adding content, keeping information up-to-date, and creating areas of interest for current residents as well as potential new owners. Good ideas, not just technical skills, are essential to making the website of more value for everyone.
