was selected to provide garage management for Lake Park Plaza beginning
in 2007. Self-park or valet parking spaces are available on a first-come basis
for a monthly rental fee. Application for a parking space is made through the Standard
Parking management office. Please be aware of

Therefore any resident that parks in the garage, must set up a personal parking account with Standard Parking to make payment to them directly. Auto-debit payment of parking fees is available through Standard Parking by completing an application form available from the Garage Office. Residents who use valet service for parking may indicate the next time they would like their car made available by indicating their car license number and time needed on the chalk board by the garage entrance. Guest Parking Valet parking is available to guests of residents as garage space permits at the rates shown in the chart below. As of 3/1/2010, residents who wish to pay for their guest's use of the garage may pre-purchase discount coupons from the Garage Office. Coupons are sold in booklets of 10 for $70 and paid by check or money order. One or more discount coupons are applied to a guest's claim check based on time as shown in the chart below. Guest parking cannot be charged to a resident's garage or assessment account. Payment by cash or coupon only. Also view related memo. |
